Quintessa

Celebrating #1ofTheMillion Day

Quintessa celebrates the fact that our principal assets are talented individuals with leading edge expertise in their chosen fields and a passion for problem solving. Respect for each other and for all stakeholders in Quintessa is a paramount principle. With a workforce that already exceeds the 40% female participation in nuclear by 2030 commitment as given in the UK Government's Nuclear Sector Deal, we are excited to help put a face to the 1 million women working in STEM across the UK as part of WISE's #1ofTheMillion Day.

Quintessa was founded in 1999 with the aim of providing an enjoyable and fulfilling working environment in which talented scientists and mathematicians can use their problem solving skills to help clients address key issues.

We celebrate the fact that our principal assets are talented individuals with leading edge expertise in their chosen fields and a passion for problem solving. Quintessa is an employee-owned company, and an active member of the Employee Ownership Association, where everyone is empowered to contribute to operational and strategic decisions. The Company believes that all employees and clients are entitled to be treated with respect and dignity and not be subjected to harassment or victimisation.

As part of WISE's #1ofTheMillion Day, we would like to acknowledge the women in our workforce operating across all business areas, including:
