The two companies are now independent and owned by staff in their respective countries.  However, as in the past, the two companies will continue to work closely on a range of projects to provide clients with the highest quality consultancy, research and software.

The restructuring has taken place primarily to facilitate the formation of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) that is planned to take ownership of the shares in the UK company. The purpose of the EOT is to endeavour to ensure the sustainability of the UK-based Quintessa as an independent employee-owned company.
