An update to Quintessa's Website Privacy Policy and a new General Privacy Policy came into effect on 23 May 2018.
Like many other organisations, Quintessa has taken the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which comes into force on 25 May 2018, as an opportunity to review the personal data it collects and its approach to managing it. To that end, in addition to an updated website privacy policy, which covers information collected through interaction with the website only, we are publishing a new general privacy policy, which covers personal data we collect and process in other contexts.
In the new/updated policies we have accounted for the new regulations taking a broader view of what constitutes personal data than was previously the case. We have also included new information about why we collect it, with whom and when we share it, for how long we keep it, and your associated rights. The new policies are necessarily more detailed, and so we have tried to structure them in a way that is easy to follow and understand. If you have any questions or feedback regarding the privacy policies, or if you would like to be informed about future updates to the policies, please contact Quintessa's Personal Data Controller, Richard Little.
