Quintessa employees are celebrating the UK’s first Employee Ownership Day on Thursday 4 July 2013 alongside other members of the Employee Ownership Association including the John Lewis Partnership. Employee ownership is central to Quintessa's business, offering benefits to its employees and clients by allowing long-term investment in people and capabilities.
With a series of events and activities taking place across the UK and a national conference in London, this inaugural Employee Ownership Day will raise awareness of employee ownership as an economically strong and balanced business model. Benefits of employee ownership include increased employee job satisfaction, job security, health and well-being, and increased company productivity and innovation.
David Hodgkinson said “Quintessa is delighted to be part of Employee Ownership Day. We will be attending the national conference and lend our support to the Employee Ownership Association’s target of 10% of the UK GDP being generated by employee owned companies by 2020”.
