Quintessa is delighted to announce that the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) have recently awarded the ATLAS Alliance a contract on the new Technical Support Framework. The framework will allow the ONR access to expert technical reviews and niche skill sets that the ATLAS Alliance has and will be in place for four years.
The ATLAS Alliance has been formed with a core team comprising TÜV SÜD Nuclear Technologies, Altran, Arup, Corporate Risk Associates Ltd (CRA) and GRS, supported by several other specialist organisations, including Quintessa. Following on from Quintessa’s successful delivery under the previous framework, which included support to the assessment of the site licence application submitted by Horizon Nuclear Power for the Wylfa Newydd new build project, we have joined the Atlas Alliance to provide the specialist nuclear skills required by ONR.
